So I do my part for the environment and chose to receive electronic versions of my bills.
My cell phone carrier emails out a link to my account every month forcing me to log in to see how much I owe. I’ve been traveling a lot lately so the total isn’t always the same.
Last time I attempted to sign in, there was a new page telling me that they’d ‘improved’ their sign in process (*sigh* this never turns out well). So I dutifully filled out their page to update my account for their new log in process and hit enter.
Please Note I didn’t have to retype my email address because it was already filled in.
The next screen to pop up was “This email address is already in use.”
Well duhh yeah… I’m using it!
